Instructions:
Step 1: Start
Wind-up the Spinner by turning the rotor in the direction of the arrow. Alternate the left and right thumb while maintaining pressure on the rotor. You should feel some resistance building up as you wind up the rotor, like a toy race car. The rotor should be fully wound within 10-15 steps.
Step 2: Release
Hold the Spinner in one hand with thumb firmly pressed on the rotor. Release thumb to release the rotor. The rotor should now spin at a moderate speed.
Step 3: Rotate
Transfer the Spinner to your preferred hand. Rotate your wrist in a circular motion to speed up the gyroscopic rotor. Start your wrist rotation slowly. Increase your wrist rotation gradually. Be sure to keep a tight grip on the ergonomic grip once the rotor is spinning up to speed. When speed increases, the resistance increases.

Operation Tips:
Imagine there is a center point on the back of your hand. Make a circle around the center point when you hold the Spinner. The motion of your hand rotating the Spinner is similar to making ice cubes swirl inside a glass. The essence of operating the Spinner is not about how fast you rotate your wrist. It’s about how to synchronize your wrist rotation to the momentum and timing the rhythm of the rotor’s gyration. The faster the rotor spins, the easier it is to operate. Make sure you wind up the Spinner with sufficient tension.

1.Make Arm Great Again. Strengthen fingers, wrists, hands, forearms, shoulders and bicep etc., and also be beneficial in promoting co-ordination and blood circulation.
2.This certainly requires some fine motor skills in order to use. The dominant hand/arm was easily able to keep the gyro ball going, that it will help refine your fine motor skills in that non-dominant hand/arm.
